Total Body Pilates is re-opening the studio
Starting Saturday, May 2, we will be re-opening our studio.
Total Body Pilates will offer online classes for our clients with concerns or underlying health issues.
All of our sessions will accommodate social distancing requirements.
We will only allow 4 clients in the studio at a time and each client will be spaced 15 feet apart
We will require masks and disposable gloves for all of our clients
The studio will be sanitized after each session
During this time is critical to stress the importance of staying home if you are feeling under the weather
or if you could have potentially been exposed to the virus.
"I HAVE SCOLIOSIS AND HAVE HAD CHRONIC BACK PAIN.
SINCE I STARTED COMING TO TBP, MY BACK IS GONE."
"IT MEANS A LOT TO ME TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT IS ON TRACK WITH GETTING WELL INSTEAD OF DOCTORS WHO REACH FOR PAIN MEDICATIONS. MY BACK FEELS A LOT BETTER. THANK YOU THREE TIMES!"
Total Body Reformer, Apparatus, and Pilates Mat classes are specifically designed by expert instructors to give you symmetrical, full-body workout that strengthens your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back.
With a regular Pilates practice, you will notice better balance, improved posture, agility, strength, and flexibility. Our clients have slimmed down and found relief from chronic pain.
Master Pilates Instructor, Erica Lukes opened Total Body Pilates™ back in1999 and has been providing the Wasatch Front with quality Pilates services and instructor certification ever since.
In that time we have trained the "Hollywood elite," professional athletes, and clients who have made life-long changes not only in their bodies but their lives.
Our studio is a judgment-free zone where we empower our clients to find their inner strengths and celebrate their uniqueness.
Yes, you WILL create a stronger core, a leaner/slimmer physique, and beautifully toned muscles but you will also find your mojo.
We believe that Pilates should be taught by qualified teachers who have a solid foundation in the original work of Joseph H. Pilates and a deep understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
