Beginning Reformer

Mondays

Beginning Reformer is a class suited for the new Pilates student, those with limitations or those who want to get back to the fundamentals of Pilates. 

We believe it is critical to teach proper form to allow your body to correct muscle imbalances and to ensure you are getting the most of your dedicated Pilates practice. 

Erica looks at each individual student and makes modifications or adds variations depending on the client's needs. 

Online Pilates Mat

Mondays 

5 pm

Develop complete coordination of the mind, body, and soul with Mat Pilates.

You will learn the proper form, ideal alignment and beneficial breathing techniques to give you a solid foundation in Pilates.  

 

Joseph Pilates always had each student take 6 months of mat-work before advancing to equipment to ensure they had a solid foundation in his work.

Open Level Reformer

Tuesdays

10 am and 

6 pm

This class caters to all skill levels. We will teach Pilates fundamentals along with different exercise sequences that create muscle balance and symmetry. 

 

After two decades of teaching, Erica Lukes is proficient at addressing each client's posture, form, strength, and alignment and adding modifications or variations as needed.

Intermediate Reformer

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with Master Pilates Instructor Erica Lukes. 

Erica will take you through a series of Reformer exercises that will increase endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility. You will burn calories and improve posture and body awareness. 

Online Mat Pilates

The Circuit

There is more to Pilates than the reformer.

The Circuit utilizes the Wunda chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and ladder barrel to challenge clients and create a killer physique.  You will see a remarkable difference in strength, balance, and agility.
