Welcome to TBP


If you have never done a Pilates equipment class, we recommend that you schedule a private to learn about the equipment and your own specific needs. We also want to make sure that we are not slowing down the class pace for our clients.




In order to accommodate our regular clients, we might need to ask you to change class times or use a different piece of Pilates equipment. 



The Groupon is for locals ONLY. 


Here are the steps you need to follow for us to set up your account



  • Please go to Book a Class and create your account. Make sure that you enter ALL of your information, including email, address and birthday.


  • Send us an email (ericalukes@comcast.net) with the type of Groupon you purchased and the expiration date.  We will put your pass on your account so you can sign up for a class.  


  • Make sure you sign up for all classes online, not via email 



No-show | late cancellation policy 


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels or no-shows will be charged a 20 dollar fee.

If a client has more than two no-shows or late cancels, passes will be forfeited. 



Purchase details



  • We do not offer extensions on Groupons


  • Your pass expires 90 days from the purchase date, not the first studio visit. 


  • If your pass has expired, you can use the value of your purchase towards a package at our studio. 


  • If there are less than 3 people in a class, we will kindly ask you to reschedule as we require 3 to hold a group class. 


  • Since we have a limited amount of equipment and we have regular clients to accommodate, we might ask you if you could work on one of the other pieces of Pilates equipment. We highly recommend trying all of the different pieces, they are incredible. 




Studio Policies


  • For your safety, and the cleanliness of our equipment, we require grip socks for ALL equipment classes. 


  • Please park on the street or along the fenceline.
