Pilates (B) Beginning
A great introduction to Pilates. This is a slower-paced, group class that focuses on alignment, core control and breath.

Pilates (I/A) Intermediate/Advanced
This group class moves at a quick pace and focuses on all the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. This class is for healthy adults who have core strength and an understanding of Pilates.

Yoga
Yoga is a class for those either new to yoga or those who want a better understanding of its postures, philosophy and stress reduction techniques. This class offers a gentle form of exercise and stretching.

Core Yoga
A more intense class focusing on core strength.

Meditation
Relive stress, relax and heal your body.
